Content of Intro topic doesn't display after build

I've added some conceptual topics to my help file and all but one of the topics publishes correctly. This is the first topic, titled "Introduction" and it correctly places the title on the top of the page but the content is ignored. The How To, Acronyms, and Glossary topics work as expected.

Am wondering if I have something wrong in my coding or something else. I'm not getting any error messages concerning it during the build.
