Can't create new Project in Visual Studio 2008

I've installed the Sandcastle May Release and DocProject on my Windows Server 2008 x64 machine where I'm running Visual Studio 2008.  When I try to add a new DocProject or DocSite Web application to my existing solutions I get the following error:

The imported project "C:\bin\DaveSexton.DocProject.targets" was not found.  Confirm that the path in the <Import> declaration is correct, and that the file exists on disk

Also if I try to run the external GUI it simply crashes immediately so I figure this must either be a configuration issue or something to do with my development environment.

Any ideas on why this happens and how to fix it?

Did you try rebooting?  Sometimes this is necessary after installation due to registry modifications; especially if you've installed DocProject for All Users.
